mixed feelings about this place

nightclub noise bathroom cleanliness

the location was acceptable. it was near to the railway station.

i was bothered by the noise at night. a nightclub nearby made it hard to sleep and the bathroom needed a good scrub. also there weren't any english channels on the tv.

mini fridge powerful shower efficient air conditioning

the rooms were large enough and included a mini fridge for keeping our water cool. the shower had powerful water flow. a hairdryer was also provided. the air conditioning worked efficiently, a relief.

water was provided only once during my five day stay. simple items like a kettle and iron were not available. service felt quite slow at times.

My room was spacious and clean. The staff let me leave my luggage prior to the 3 pm check-in time. I made use of the terrace pool, gym, and ping pong table. The breakfast offered many choices.

a lovely experience

helpful staff sweet service convenient location

Mynah and mariam were lovely. They offered sweet and helpful service. the entrance staff were also helpful and cute. i found their respectfulness good and the location near attractions convenient.

The lobby showcased a messy office space. It was visible from seating. it detracted from the hotel atmosphere though the rest of the hotel was great.

the breakfast included fresh fruit and many options, a delicious start to the day. everything was fresh and of high quality, which i appreciated. the variety ensured everyone found something they enjoyed.

Acceptable Stay. Some Issues Noted

broken treadmills noisy corridors

The gym was a letdown. Two treadmills were out of service, which limited workout options. The rooftop pool was empty for the first two days. Cleaners made considerable noise in the corridors between 2 PM and 4 PM one afternoon. This made resting difficult.
